Select Painting has proudly served the Sioux Falls area for 21 years, completing over 8,000 projects since 2005. What started as a residential painting company has grown into a full-service provider for painting, coatings, garage storage solutions, and now home repair and remodeling services.

Residential Repaint Division

Our Residential Division focuses on interior and exterior repainting for homes, apartments, churches, offices, HOAs, multifamily properties, and hotels. Each year, our team completes hundreds of projects across a 200-mile radius—delivering clean job sites, clear communication, and long-lasting results.

Commercial Painting Division

Launched in 2016, our Commercial Division handles projects ranging from offices and schools to large-scale industrial facilities. Our crews scale seasonally to meet demand and have completed major projects including high schools, medical facilities, financial institutions, distribution centers, multifamily housing, and industrial sites. We continue to expand our industrial services, including media and sandblasting, protective coatings, and specialty applications.

Concrete Coatings Division

Our Concrete Coatings team specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial floor systems. Over the past five years, we’ve completed 2,000+ projects and installed more than 2,000,000 square feet of high-performance coatings across a 200+ mile radius. We offer a range of durable coating systems designed for garages, commercial facilities, and industrial environments—built to perform and built to last.

NEW: Home Repair & Remodeling Services

To better serve our customers, we now offer Home Repair Services, including:

Drywall repair
Carpentry repairs
Siding repair and replacement
Small residential remodels
Small to mid-size commercial remodels

By self-performing much of this work, we maintain quality control, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Select Coatings and Select Painting for the transformation they did on our garage!!! Our garage is now an extension of our home.
