All of us at Select Painting, coatings and Garage Cabinets wanted to reach out and introduce ourselves to you if we haven’t met yet. We have been working in the Sioux Falls area for the past 17 years and have grown from residential painting into a full-service stop for all your painting, concrete coatings, and now Garage Cabinets/Organization needs.
Residential Repaint Division
This division is run by Tim Boen, who has been a part of Select Painting for the past 7 years. We focus on repainting the interior and exterior of homes, apartments, commercial properties, churches, office buildings, HOA, multifamily, and hotels. Last year, we painted around 300 projects, covering a 200-mile radius.
Commercial Painting Division
This division is run by Drew Dittmer, a member of Select Painting for the past 8 years. Our Commercial Division, launched in 2016, consists of 20-40 painters depending on the season. Drew and his team have completed projects including Jefferson High School, Amazon Fulfillment Center, Frost Arena, Citi Bank, VA Hospital Additions, Harrisburg Academy, countless apartments, and many industrial painting projects.
After identifying a community need, we are now adding Media/Sand Blasting to our services and focusing on growing our industrial painting division.
Concrete Coatings Division
This division is run by Michael Richard, a member of Select Painting for 3 years. Here, we solely focus on concrete coatings and have completed over 1,200,000 square feet of coatings in the past 3 years. We cover a 200+ mile radius and now offer a total of 7 different types of systems. Our goal is to expand into the industrial segment, serving individuals with custom-tailored concrete flooring solutions.
Garage Cabinets & Organization
This is a new division for us to continue serving the region with finding storage solutions for homeowners and commercial properties. We are offering the only powder coated MDF cabinet with dovetail joints and soft close hinges. With our 3D Cad software our cabinets can be customized to over 1000 different styles! We offer 12 different door colors, 4 different box colors and 4 countertop options. This provides endless custom design options to serve each customer’s unique needs.
Slatwall and accessories are also available. Our slatwall is ½ thick PVC and comes in 10 colors. From full showrooms to one small wall in a garage we can help transform any space!
