Michael Richard is the Vice President of Concrete Coatings. Michael has a business administration degree and spent 8 years as a production manager for an International NGO procuring raw materials, overseeing production, coordinating international freight and leading teams abroad with the NGO. Michael enjoys the whole process of building a quality product but finds learning from and challenging those around you the most rewarding part of work. Having satisfied his wanderlust by leading teams abroad through his twenties, Michael now enjoys staying home with his wife and 2 young boys and enjoys hosting board game nights to bring people around the table for fun and fellowship.
